RESPONSIBILITIES HANDLED:-

• Installation of 66/33kV sub-stations as per client requirements.
• Installation of 33kV Gas Insulated Switchgear (Areva make).
• Installation of Medium and Low Voltage Switchgears (ABB make) as per client requirements and vendor recommendations.
• Installation of Transformers(upto 140MVA-ABB make.
• Erection of Variable Frequency Drive Control Panel in VFD buildings.
• Installation of Batteries, Charger and UPS.
• HV,MV and LV Power and Control cable installation in buried trench and ladder rack including splicing and termination of the cables.
• Installation of Earthing and Lightning Protection Systems.
• Installation of lighting systems.
• Installation of Cable Trays and Above Ground Conduit System.
• Installation of MV and LV Bus Duct.
• Cathodic Protection System.
• Ensure that all construction work carries out as per job specification.
• Raise RFI(Request For Inspection)as depicted in the Inspection Test Plan and Quality Control Procedures.
• Ensure all work carried out safely as per CCIC ,CTJV & QATARGAS HSE Policy.

PROJECT MONITORING AND CO-ORDINATION

• Preparation of activity charts for project execution.
• Work forecasting and preparation of work plan including minimizing manhours.
• Inspection and issue of dispatch clearance.
• Follow-up for actual dispatch and receipt of consignment at site.
• Providing technical clarifications on offers, participation in technical discussions with main contractor (CTJV) and Client Qatar gas.
• Preparation of "As-built" drawings (incorporation of various changes/ modifications in wiring and configuration of the measurement and control system done at site to suit process requirement).
• Co-ordination with customer, consultant, suppliers, sub-vendors and internal agencies involved in the project.

TESTING AND COMMISSIONING

• Insulation resistance test for MV/LV cables and busbars of switchgears and busduct.
• Ductor test for bus ducts and switchgears.
• Vector grouping of transformers.
• HI-POT for 33 kv switchgears & busducts.
• Ratio test for CT/VT done.
• Oil breakdown test for the transformers.
