Wireline Field Engineer
· Handle complete offshore and onshore logging operations safely and adequate.
· Done jobs for a various number of clients like Rasgas, QP, Qatargas, Shell, Oxy, Dolphin, and
Marsek.
· Main focus was on planning and executing Rasgas offshore Rig and Rigless operation.
· Leader of five man “cell” including three operators and one crew chief, responsible for tool
maintenance, job planning and training, evaluations, and career advancement of all cell
members.
· Troubleshoot, diagnose, and assist in repair of all field equipment.
· Help Clients with the interpretation of Wireline Logs.
· Follow up with clients on deliveries, product satisfaction.
· LPT(Loss Prevention Team) member had various responsibilities for example:
1- To assist Manager and Support Functions in :
A. establishing and implementing safe operating procedures
B. ensuring all employees receive adequate training
C. investigating and reviewing accidents

D. providing recognition to employees who actively contribute to the QHSE
program
E. defining and implementing the schedule for site HSE meetings
F. implementing corrective actions
2- To motivate, support and assist all LPT members in:
a. maintaining a high level of HSE awareness and encouraging participation
among all employees
b. helping employees assess the local risks and preparing a location risk profile
c. preparing and implementing HSE plans required to ensure optimum
minimization of the above
d. reviewing employee contributions
e. suggesting remedial actions and improvement
f. monitoring the progress and ensuring the close-out of action plans
g. To co-ordinate and actively participate in the training of all personnel
including subcontractors develop HSE training schedules, manage the training
statistics database.
h. To participate in QHSE audits
i. To hold LPT meetings, at least monthly, and circulate minutes among all
employees
j. To conduct HSE inspections
k. To attend to personal QHSE training as required, including attendance to a
LPT Leader course.
· Deal with multicultural clientele; resolve their complaints-queries through effective
convincing. Maintain client relations and ensure customer satisfaction.
· Ensure that all the enquiries are handled carefully and met effectively.
