Shift Supervisor / Operational engineer/Commissioning Engineer

i am a graduate engineer with 21years operationalexperience and Involed in commissioning/operations of petrochemical/refinery/oil and gas industries. having experience to lead multinational team and easily rapart with clints.

I am a Graduate mechanical Engineer. I have total experience of 21+Years, 2Year 6 months in Oman Refineries and Petrochemical Company (ORPC), Oman, 3 years 7months in KNPC, Mina Al Ahmadi Refinery in KUWAIT and remaining in Khammam chemical refinery, (HWP) as a Shift Supervisor/ Control Operator/Operator.
Presently I am working in Oman Refineries and Petrochemical Company (ORPC) as a Acting Shift Supervisor for the units SRU, Hydrogen Unit, ARU, TGTU, Sour Water Unit. Earlier I worked for KNPC , Mina Al Ahmadi Refinery Kuwait as a Day coordinator/Senior operator for 3 years 7 months and actively involved in operation and turn around maintenance to lead man power for SRU,ARU,TGTU,SWS,GAS sweetening and Hydrogen unit.
Earlier I worked 15 years in Operations for Khammam Chemical Refinery, Heavy water plant for Hydrogen Sulfide Generation units, BI Thermal exchange unit, Distillation unit, Na2SO4 recovery Unit and utilities as a Shift super visor / control operator.
I actively involved in Pre Commissioning, Commissioning and operations as a supervisor/control operator/senior operator. Worked with multinational environment to lead manpower during commissioning, pre commissioning and operation. Excellent Communication skills and ability to build rapport easily with clients. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage an effective team. devotion and dedication.
