• Servicing and Maintenance of different types of Cementing Heads – Smith,Baker,Weatherford Nodeco,Weatherford Gemoco,BJ etc.
• Servicing and stabbing (making) up of different sizes of Hydraulic liners.
• Running of Cementation SSR plugs in Sub-surface Release Plugs Cement Systems (SSR).
• Operation and running of Gemoco SSR Monobore Completion plugs
• Meeting clients for presentation of Weatherford tools and equipment.
• Deep knowledge of casing accessories – Float equipment of all types, Mechanical Cementation Products (MCP), SpiraGliders and Lubricants.
• Preparing of Tenders for our clients – both Technical and Commercial
• Servicing, assembling and down hole operations of different models and sizes of rotating and non-rotating integral liner hangers and packers.
• Servicing and running of Retrievable/squeeze Packers - during squeeze cementing, hydraulic fracturing and in flow test operations.
• Servicing and running of Fill- up and Circulation tools.
• Bucking and breaking of casings and tubing joints; ranging from 13 3/8” casing to 2 3/8” tubing.
• Well Completions designs and recommendation for clients.
• Preparation of Well Completions data sheet and tubing tally.
• Bucking and quality Pressure testing of down hole sub assembly.
• Strapping/measurement and Loading- out of down hole sub assembly.
• Running of Well Completions down hole sub assemblies.
