NATURE OF EXPERIENCE’S:


• Leading team of Quantity Surveyor involved in measurement as per contract requirements of bill of quantities for inclusion in interim payment certificate

• Leading team of Quantity Surveyor involved in final measurement of the BOQ items and their reconciliation and agreement with engineer’s representative

• Co-ordinating between contractors and engineer for the settlement of disputed contractual matters

• Preparation of Interim payment certificates and their reconciliation and agreement with engineer’s representative

• Computation of price adjustment (Escalation), prime cost items, provision sum items and other General items for inclusion in interim payment certificate

• Checking and finalization of subcontractor’s interim and final certificates

• Supervision of building, concrete structures and it related works

• Field and office survey works

EDUCATION DEGREE :
QUALIFICATION: 3 years Diploma of Associate Engineer (Civil)
