I have worked as a Commissioning supervisor of Ethylene Cracking Unit & HOFCC Unit.

During my experience I am involved in following activities

Pre-commissioning & Commissioning

Ethylene Cracking furnace, C2 / C3 Compressors, Gas driven turbine, Cooling water system, Boiler expander compressor, Reactor bed( C2 Hydrogenation), Lube oil system for compressors, Handle all types of Pumps, Pressure swing absorber units, Separators, Unsaturated gas units and Naphtha distillation.

Capacity of the Ethylene Cracking Unit is : 900 KTA

Capacity of the HOFCC Unit is : 92,000 BPSD

Ø From June 2003 to Sep 2007

Company : Gas Authority of India Ltd. (GAIL)

System : Gas cracker unit (GCU).

Designation : Process Commissioning Operator

Working Experience

I have worked as a process/Commissioning Operator in gas cracker unit, Designed to Crack 4,00,000 MTPA C2/C3, Feed by Thermal Cracking to produce 3,00,000 MTPA ethylene, During my experience I am involved in both Commissioning & Running Plant operation like start-up, shutdown & ESD.

· Cracking furnace unit C2/C3
· Distillation unit, Reactors, Propylene & Ethylene Refrigeration, Steam Turbine, Heat exchanger & All types of Pumps.
· Pyrolysis thermal – Cracking operation
· LPG plant operation & Tankage Operations
