USA experience;California,Texas, New Mexico,& Alaska.
Have been in charge of drilling & working over just about every type of oil well & gas well possible from simple oil wells to deep high pressure sour gas wells.
No off-shore experience to speak of, only some platforms in the Cook-inlet of Alaska.
