Professional Experience
r. Arce presently worked with Hawk International Finance and Construction Company as HSE Manager at the YLNG Project in Yemen since 2006. Providing expertise on Civil Works from early works up to concrete structures, concrete pipe rack was one of the major milestones. Heavy lift and work at heights was carefully analyzed to avoid untoward incident and achieve a zero recordable during the erection phase.
Mr. Arce joined Saudi Aramco last 2001 up to 3rd quarter of 2006 and worked as a Safety Manager on numerous projects on several early works up to commissioning stage. Full safety enforcement was the primary target due to the surrounding live gas lines with aero tolerance on each method of work activity.
A five years career was spent with Castrol Philippines, Inc. prior to joining S.A. which concentrates to manage a wide variety of end of life-cycle projects. The nature of work associated within these projects includes, remediation, restoration, final reclamation, environmental monitoring and decommissioning.

He has received extensive guidance from the various companies he has worked for, including some of the largest inspecting companies in the world such as Lloyd’s Register, NEBOSH and BVQI as QMS auditor. He has invisibly held the following positions in the industry: lifting engineer, construction manager, designer, estimator, and safety trainer. He has had overall responsibility for the safety and health of hundreds of employees involved in manufacturing, distribution, and construction.
