 Welding Inspection for repair operations for tanks and pressure vessels.
 NDT Inspections - for oil and gas pipes system of Oil Movement, Production and Gas Plant for wall thickness detection and corrosion monitoring. Full external and internal NDT inspection for low and High Pressure Vessels, Storage Tanks (500.000-1.000.000Bbls), Scrubbers Under Germanica Lloyd Authority. Visual Testing PT and MPI survey for new manufacture welds of General Maintenance and Construction Dept. for pipe system of Gas Plant area and Oil Movement- also full welding survey for all repairing and new components of high pressure vessel and storage tanks.

 Supervised the welding activities and new pipeline projects( under API 1104 / B31-3, also the repair activities for tanks and pressure vessels.
 UT Inspections full scan method for oil and gas pipes system of Process Facility and Gas Plant Area for wall thickness monitoring and corrosion detection. Also external UT full scan for low and high pressure vessels, storage tanks, scrubbers.
 UT – welding inspection for new pipeline and for detection of oil vessels butt welds affected by internal corrosion.
 Visual and Penetrant Testing for welds of new piping system manufactured by Construction Division.
 Magnetic Powder Testing for all welds joints of new structures and overhead crane welds.
 Final Evaluation and Recommendations for repair and maintenance program of pipelines, vessels and storage tanks affected by external and internal corrosion of Process and Gas Plant Areas –final assessment for components affected by internal & external corrosion or erosion according API 579 / B31G.
 Rehabilitation project for high pressure vessels and storage tanks, safety facility for Process and Gas Plant areas according API 510- 650-653.
 Survey and create a database with all components of each pipeline (spools, elbows, tee valves) for safety critical elements –pipelines and vessels – for Maximo system..
