Job Description / Responsibilities
Operations


• Preparation and documentation of ESP / ESPCP work prior to departure to work location.
• Equipment preparation and inventory control for each ESP / ESPCP and commissioning job.
• Co ordinate with hoist / rig site management of equipment mobilization and personnel movements to location.
• Preparation of ESP / ESPCP equipment for the crew prior to their departure to work location.
• Conduct inventory audit periodically in coordination with warehouseman.
• Organize PDO flights for Crew / Staff / Visitors.
• Handle petty cash in base.
• Issue and maintain local purchase order records in coordination with Base Manager.
• Maintain well files and customer correspondence.




HSE


• Issue, control and close out Journey plans.
• Organize monthly safety meetings and preparation / distribution of minutes of the meeting.
• Disseminate HSE bulletins, documents received from Muscat office to employees and update HSE bulletin board periodically.
• Preparation of monthly diesel consumption, KMS driven and Waste records for PDO reporting.
• Enroll field employees for HSE training and maintain HSE training register.
• Run BH in-house HSE training in Nimr base and maintain training register.
• Actively participate in HSE observation program.
• Maintain HSE filing system in line with PDO and Centrilift requirements.
