Project Planning Engineer

• Project, Planning & Scheduling, Forecasting, Progress Measurement, Preparation of recovery plans if projects delayed, Progress Reporting & Coordination with client. • Planning for Shut Down considering client requirement.

• Responsible for project planning in primavera project planners (P3 e/c -5.0) / MS Project-2003 including resource & cost loading. Responsible for schedule update & progress monitoring of projects. Preparing a realistic achievable project schedule using primavera technique.
• Generating weekly & monthly reports generation of various projects including ‘S’-curves for Clint & management review.
• Forecasting & presenting critical situation of projects impacts on schedule & giving early warnings to the management to review the situation and catch up actions to be taken in terms of resources (Manpower, Equipments & Material on time) and budget overcomes.
• Preparation of 90, 30 & 14 Days resource base plan for Minor jobs in primavera project planners system. Material requirement planning, Material tracking & follow up with Procurement Department for the same.
• Generating forthrightly progress report for site management review and analyzing current status of projects in all discipline.
• Preparing resources based shut down plan as per requirement of Client.
• Job allocation to all Discipline Engineers and follow up for daily job progress.
• Cost control by Optimization of Resources utilization.

• Bachelor of Production Engineering, Maharastra, First Class (61.62%) in 2003.
• Diploma in Production Technology, BTE Mumbai, with First Class (71.50%) 1997.
• PRIMAVERA Enterprise for Engineering and Construction (P3e/c) Version 5.0
• NDT, L-II in Radiography Interpretation & Ultra-Sonic Testing (ASNT).
• Computer Literacy- MS Projects, Windows 95/98/2000/XP, Outlook.
