Experience in the fabrication and inspection of pressure vessels,storage tanks, offshore Jackets, Decks, Pipeline, Risers,and Piping.
Coordinate and organize all inspection activities which include but not limited to
• Sending inspection notification to clients.
• Co-ordinate for the preparation of procedure for UT-TOFD.
• Co-ordinate inspection activities along with the client inspectors.
Preparation / review of Inspection Test Plans, WPS/PQR/WQT, procedures for Hydro test, Pneumatic test, Welding Consumable Handling Procedure etc.
Vendor evaluation at various nondestructive and destructive testing laboratories, suppliers and assisting the QA/QC manager in auditing of these firms.
Assisting the QA/QC manager to conduct audits at site and preparation of all concerned documents when audited by client / third party auditors.
Implement and enforce all the statements of the company’s internal quality management policies.

Bachelors Degree in Industrial Production Engineering from Karnataka,India.

o Welding Inspection Course conducted by Industrial Quality Concepts.
o Welding Inspection Course conducted by Advani Orlikon.
o Course on Time of Flight Diffraction Conducted by Olympus NDT and Eclipse Scientific Products.
o Project Management professional Course-Body of Knowledge 2004.
