Supervises multilateral horizontal drill wells and supervises ESP and PCP completion jobs. Manages and coordinates all personnel on rig site as well as contractor’s personnel. Ensures the work is performed as per company programs and policies in a safe and efficient manner. Responsible for daily reports and transmission. Witnesses and supervises all critical and hazardous operations, to guarantee that services contractors meet company’s requirements. In charge of daily equipment logistics. Participates and promotes in hazards identification, STOP programs and “Tool-Box” meetings.

Designs wellbore trajectories and analyses torque and drag, as well as, collision with nearby wells at client’s office for Multilateral Horizontal Wells in heavy oil areas. Prepares Pre-spud meetings and works closely with geologist, geophysicist and Drilling engineers.
