i. To supervise the manufacturing process of Soap & Glycerin refining.
ii. To calculate productivity, machine efficiency (Evaporators, Salt centrifuges, Distillation Unit & soap making)
iii. Handle IR issues and shift arrangement.
iv. To coordinate in implementation of Quality Management System & ISO.
v. To conduct internal audit requirements regarding Safety Health & Environment (SHE)

As a Chemist
i. Make Arrangements for the proper sampling of Raw meal, kiln feed ,clinker & cement
ii. Analysis of samples on hourly basis.
iii. Make changes in the raw material feed.
iv. Communicate the results with the concerned operator.
v. Analysis of the Coal.

As Assistant Manager Productions
vi. To supervise the manufacturing process of Sunsilk & Lifebuoy shampoo, Close up toothpaste, and Ponds talcum powder.
vii. To calculate productivity, machine efficiency.
viii. Handle IR issues and shift management.
ix. To coordinate in implementation of Quality Management System
x. To fulfil audit requirements regarding Safety Health & Environment (SHE)
xi. Conduct HACCP study and internal audit.
