I am a Diploma holder in Electronics and having 22+ years experience in Electrical Electronics field Testing & Commissioning and Operation & Maintenance related with Onshore Platforms, Power Generators, Industries etc,. Worked with Organizations

Last job with Dove Energy Pvt Ltd. onshore CPF oil collecting & processing plant in Hadramout Yemen. Worked as Senior Electrician in their Maint. Department. From 2002 to 2008.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY :
Operating, Trouble shooting and repair and failure analyses of electrical and electronic Equipments. Carried out the preventive and breakdown maintenance work on various types of oil & gas field electrical and electronic equipments, including small & large power generation units.

Trouble shooting work in following control panels. Variable speed drives (VSD) Panels. Integrated surface panels (I.S.P),Generators relay control panels .Generator Synchronous panels. Compressor control panels. Vibration control panel, Microprocessor control panels.. Experience in working with electronic Equipments. Testing Electronics Components. Replacing electronic cards.Commissioned following control panels. Variable speed drive panels, generator synchronizing panels, Motor control panels, engine control panels. Prepared new VSD skids. Commissioning and maintaining industrial machinery’s.
Experience of working on electrical submersible Pumps.Experienced in Generators commissioning for parallel operation (droop / isynchronous mode). Experience of calibrating generator speed controller /load sharing modules and trouble shooting load sharing related problems. Programming generator digital voltage regulator. Experience on working generator rating up to 1500 KVA- voltage 4160 and 1200 KVA-460 volts.
Knowledge of process control system. Assist instrument team to trouble shoot in P.L.C control panels and microprocessor controls. Finding and remedying faults on instruments control panels and equipments.
Installation and commissioning P.L.C. & SCADA System .L.T. /H.T. installation Work. (Transformers, Motors, Distribution Network) Cable tray work. Termination of various sizes of cables, Testing Low & High tension Cables New Installation, Maintenance and Repairing of Industrial Lighting Circuit, Maintenance and repair non-Industrial equipments.
Carried out General preventive maintenance services on following equipments. Diesel &Gas generators. H.T. Power Transformers, Switchgear, Power Breakers, Motor Control Center, L.T .and .H.T Motors, Batteries, Battery charges, U.P.S. system.
