• Partnering with department managers to identify and determine training and development needs. Organize and facilitate regular meetings with heads of department, client representatives and HSE team and follow up on decisions taken.
• Development of annual training plan based on training needs identified through performance and development review and competency assessments
• Analyzing, researching, designing, and presenting training and development programs to fit the needs of the company
• Prepare training budget and develop administrative framework required to support training and development programs and initiatives. Ensure training budget is fixed and training activities approved and implemented in accordance to budget.
• Formulate procedures and schedules to support training operations and initiatives
• Develop methods and systems to support learning initiatives and records maintenance
• Conduct research, collect data and prepare and submit statistical reports against training plan.
• Establish and maintain contacts with training providers, client representatives to ensure training materials are in line with the company training requirements
• Establish and implement procedures for evaluating of training and development activities. Develop and administer evaluation forms to measure effectiveness of training courses.
• Implementation of Capability Development Competency Assurance process across the business unit.
• Development & Maintenance of Training Directory for use within the Caspian Region
• Performance & Development Review process and Succession Planning
