ATMOSPHERIC DISTILLATION UNIT
I can handle/Knowledge equipment like,
Centrifugal pump, Reciprocating pumps, coalescer
Crude Pump/Pump House, exchanger, Desolater, Distillation Column, Naphtha Fraction Column, Condenser, Cooler, Vaporiser, L.P.G Pump & Vessel, Different types of Furnace Like Balance Draft, Natural Draft (fuel oil & gas Fired) for heating crude oil.

• Equipment backs from Mechanical Department by Commissioning/line up.
• Shut down job/start up job in Atmospheric Distillation and DHDS/HYDROGEN UNIT
• Emergency handling like power failure, steam failure, pumps seal leakage, feed leakage.
• Catalyst loading/unloading in DHDS/HYDROGEN PLAT
• Safety training and information, fire fighting system, gas detector
• First aid knowledge

NATURE OF JOB:

• To monitor and log process parameters in field and take necessary action as per standard operating procedure if required.
• To observe any leaks and piping condition for probable leaks are report them to shift in charge.
• To decommission equipment to carry out maintenance jobs and commission equipment after completion of job.
• To take emergency action) in case of emergency (depends on type of emergency).

ADDITIONAL ACTIVITY:
• Operation trouble shooting, plant emergencies Plant start up and shut down.
• To attend plant safety committee meeting to review and improvement in safety performance of the plant.


EMERGENCY ATTENDED:

UTILITY: 1) Power failure, 2) pump seals failure
3) Furnace failure, 4) feed failure
FIRE : Diesel fire, Naphtha fire, crude fire.
