Professional Experience

o Manages the creation, distribution, and compilation of monthly / weekly reports for other departments / shareholders.
o Preparing Memo¡¦s, Transmission Slip, Facsimile letter from ZADCO to ExxonMobil, Minutes of Meeting, Data Transmittal from ExxonMobil, Circulation and distribution of incoming / outgoing mail then record in Mail Database, presentations, letter, etc.
o Maintaining, organizing and updating all Upper Zakum Competency Assurance (ZADCO) and ExxonMobil file system.
o Providing required administrative and technical support of both department in a case to case basis to achieve the departments / company given objective.
o Providing administrative and technical / Secretarial support to ExxonMobil as a reliever of ExxonMobil Executive Secretary / Office Administrator.
o Preparation of presentation material, meeting agendas & invitation, and support events.
o To provide guidance and coaching troubleshoot to the new personnel / developees (Office Admin. / Secretaries).
o Compose correspondence independently or from brief instructions.
o Responsible in developing personnel or arrange a training for them to be more competent before they go to a field or in a real work.



o Receives and screens telephone calls, e-mails, and faxes providing information.
o Keeping confidential files and issues regarding the team environment.
o Organizes and maintains various administrative references and follow-up files.
o Organizes meetings by notifying participants, making conference room arrangements, preparing agendas and required informational materials.
o Makes appointments and maintains Manager / Team Leader calendar, schedules and arranges for meetings and makes travel arrangements; sorts mail and obtains related backup materials.
o Organizes own work, sets priorities and meets critical deadlines; ensures that such deadlines are met by other staff.
o Develops designs and modifies office applications using available software including database.
o Maintains liaison with and follows up with various departments to ensure that assignments, problems and concerns have been addressed.
