Instrumentation Manager: Working as an assistant manager of Instrumentation dept with ESSAR OIL LTD Jamnagar. Refinery commissioning, Maintenance, Resources planning, Steady State Maintenance, Installation, and commissioning & Start-Up activities.

•Job Profile and Experience:
Working with Essar Oil Limited, Refinery Division at Vadinar as Assistant Manager since 6th June’ 05. to 6 June 07 It is a 12.5 MMTPA, Global Scale, grass root refinery, presently under expansion mode . This refinery incorporates the state of art technology with a high level of automation.
Instrumentation planning incharge:
• Resources planning – Material /Man power/Budget allocation
• Procurement action and Material tracking
• Member of central planning team and developed effective Planning & Scheduling system to improve reliability.
• Handling of External and internal man power
• Successfully deployment of PM Module in the maintenance system to improve efficiency.
• Technical Bid evaluation for Control valves, Pressure Transmitters Thermocouples, Pressure gauge, Temperature gauge, Pressure safety valve, Pressure switch, Pressure Regulating Valve and other instruments. Evaluation of Instrument Data sheets, Process data sheets, Adequacy check reports and Seizing sheets. Preparation of list of instrument, detail instrument specs.
SAP core team member:
• Head Co-Coordinator of SAP team Implement successful MM(MATERIAL MANAGEMENT)
• Created Philosophy behind 10 digits unique- code and Modification in MM Module to high efficient Out put.
• Core team member and project lead for PM (Plant maintenance)
Job Responsibilities & Skill
• PM (Checklist) preparation for maintenance.
• Completion of scheduled preventive maintenance as per AMS.
• Indigenization and Procurement of spares and Co-ordination with vendor for the same.
• Budget preparation for planning.
• Excellent Analytical and Problem solving skill.
• Calibration of Instruments and Analyzers.
• Shutdown and Regular maintenance planning and execution.
• Preparation and Submission of Periodical Reports.
Instrumentation engineer:
• Working as a instrumentation engineer in tank farm area and power plant.
• Calibration of instrument (3300-Bently Nevada vibration and speed probe, TG ,etc)
• ABB- DCS system hard ware listing, termination MC/Auxiliary etc.
• Loop checking and installation status.
• General work support for project group.
• HAZOP study and design modification.
• Graphics and logic diag. checking
• Procurement–related action and material tracking for project updating.
