Act as a Human Resources Specialist
o Generate payroll (for local & expat), and verifies against master listing of personnel records and approved actions. Distribute Pay Slips to employees.
o Receive, review, and audit time distribution reporting sheets from employees to enter into a computerized system (Filed, Rig Allowances, Over Time, Business Trips…etc).
o Maintain employee records which consist of employment history records, benefit records and current employment status.
o Co-ordinate and ensure completion of all documentation and processes relating to employee relations, separations and appointment.
o Communicate, clarify, and inform employees about benefits, facilities, and policies
o Receive Training Request Forms, Proceed with the necessary procedures (Enrollment, Hotel Accommodation, Flight Reservation, Visa Issuing if necessary).

Customer Service Inquiries
o Assist and answer questions and inquiries as reception for the Human Resources Office in person and over the phone or through email.
o Assist employees with their general Payroll and Benefits inquiries, prepare employment Verification letters.
o Receive the annual leave requests, sick and casual leaves; update the HR register accordingly, retain the requests in the files.
o Ensure the proper follow up of medical bills and family allowances
o Communicate the agenda of public holidays to all employees.
