• Supervision of the actual installation of technical team such as cable tray installation, grounding, cabling, electrical equipment installation, termination and splicing of HV, LV cables and Junction box.
• Involved in Cable Selection, Cable tray layout, various electrical equipment installation and Drawing checking and approval
• Testing and Commissioning for 34.5KV/4.16KV, 13.8KV/4.16KV and 4.16KV/480V Transformers, 13.8KV, 4.16KV and 480V switchgears, 480V MCC, LCC, and Motors, etc.,
• Good Experience in Petrochemical Plants
• Supervision of High POT test, Relay test, Circuit Breaker test, High current injection test, CT and PT test, TTR test, etc.,
• Installations as per layout diagram of all Electrical Equipments in Indoor, Outdoor Substation as Specially in Petrochemical Plants
• Assisting supervisors and foreman pertaining to electrical and instrumentation jobs revisions of the plant process, electric & instrument operation for semi automatic operation.
• Familiar with SAUDI ARAMCO, NFPA 70 & 72, NEMA, IEEE, NEC Standards
• Erection of Bus Duct from Transformer to Generator, HV,MV and LV Transformers, Switchgears, MCC, etc.,
• Design for HT and LT electrical distribution systems and Preparation of Electrical load list, Load calculations
• Preparation of Single line diagram with Auto CAD
• Involved in Schematic and wiring diagrams for Transformer, Switchgear, MCC, Motors, LCC, etc.,
• Involved in Equipment Datasheet, Name plate detail and Field side verification
