Myexperience is in both oil and gas industry,supervising early production facilities,also includes both office planning and field supervision,now working as commissioning and start up engineer with HANOVER CO. for new gas plant in engineering sec

1.Prepare/set up all daily, weekly and annual field production reports
2.Ensure all quality control records for the work are progressively
3.Ensure that Health, Safety, Environment, Security (HSES) and quality policy is understood and implemented by all supervised staff and project contractors.
4.Carry out equipment inspections against specifications.
6.Ensure that the pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures are developed
8.With the discipline engineers, carry out, functional tests of equipment and systems.
9.Ensure that method statements, risk assessments and job safety analysis has been undertaken and agreed prior to commencement of any new work activity. Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the agreed method statements, risk assessments and job safety analysis;
12.Commission and start up new production & processing items including instrumentation, calibration..etc.
13.Commission and start up new oil tanks.
15. Participate in pre-start-up safety and Site hazards reviews.
16. Production optimization & technical recommendations.
18. Plan and Follow up the Chemicals injection in production operations (Demulsifier, Corrosion inhibitor, scale inhibitor,Biocide,…)
19. Perform the wells and fields production allocation.
22. Provide technical recommendations and assistance to other departments.
23.responsible for supervising and leading a shift team, coordinating and managing both internal and inter-discipline work interfaces, and executing activities cost effectively.
