The main duties:
Reviewing the structure setting of the area before starting interpretation.
Interpret the seismic surveys (2D and 3D) by using IESX software (Geoframe package).
Construct stacking velocities and average velocity maps by using well data.
Depth conversion by using CPS- 3 software (Geoframe package) using TWT and velocity maps.
Depth conversion by using INDEPTH software (Geoframe package) using TWT and (stack, interval & wells) velocities.
Mapping by CPS- 3 and QC depth maps.
Recommending new well locations and preparing prognosis.
Follow-up the drilled wells, and using recorded VSP or check shot results to update maps and Reevaluate structure extension for more development and appraisal wells.
Loading 2D, 3D seismic surveys, cultures, VSP, and deviated wells.
Presenting the final results to the management.
Eductation
B.Sc in Geophysics, Graduated in May 2006 from the faculty of Science, Cairo University, with general appreciation good.
Certification
programming languages: VB6, FORTRAN, CLIPER5, Q BASIC & beginner in VB.net and MATLAB
