I am a Mechanical Engineer having more than 12 years of experience in welding of Piping (Process & Power), Equipments (Pressure Vessels, Boiler’s, Evaporators, Piping, and Structural (Jackets, Skids, Modules, Trusses etc,. Fabrication & Erection, inspection Activities for oil and gas, Petrochemical, Refinery and Power Plants.

I involved in inspection of plant piping fabrication& errection, vessele fabrication, static, rotary equipments installation, review of final documentation for our clients like HPCL, SAUDI ARMCO, SABIC PROJECTS, QATAR PETROLUEM , MAERSK OIL QATER, TOTAL E & P QATAR etc. as per their specification and approved inspection and test plans, at present I am working with DOHA PETROLEUM CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, QATAR


I am a AWS CERTIFIED WELDING INSPECTOR , and ASNT LEVEL –II in RT,PT,MPT,UT, in my experience I work with carbon Steel ( LTCS, CS ) Alloy Steels cupper nickel, cromium & molibidnum alloy steel, Stainless Steel, duplex steels, etc,. And qualifying welders for ASME Sec IX. I am well conversant with ASME Sec II ( part A & C) ,Sec V, VIII, IX .ASME B31.3,B 31.1, API 650 & 510 , AWS D 1.1 ASTM STANDARDS, other QULITY STANDARDS , I have good knowledge in WELD VISUAL inspection I can interpret the radiograph films, and all NDT test reports, and PMI reports, HEAT TREATMENT CHARTS, I have good knowledge in piping isometrics and P&I drawings I have good knowledge in PIPING PRESSURE TESTING AND LEAK TESTING Inspection and insulation inspections, and piping inspection. And material inspections and rotary equipment inspections, static equipments inspections, and pump alignments, and boiler piping inspection vessel trays inspections. reactor internals inspection, all mechanical inspections.

• Verify the materials specifications against drawings and piping line class
• Inspection and acceptance of materials as per Specification and Project requirements.
• Visual Inspection of welds and accepting as per Project specifications and preparing
reports making QCW clearance for further activities.
• Supervise & Monitor the Welding activities as per companies Quality Control Plan and
according to ASME standards
• Conducting welder Qualification Test as per client approved WPS.
• Associating with other tests like stress Relieving (post weld heat treatment), hydraulic
tests, and pneumatic tests of nozzle pads. Etc.
• Monitoring and Inspection of fit-up for pipe joints with dimensional and orientation,
• Conducting Main Line/ Tie-in / Hot-Tap procedure qualification test.
• Routine inspection of Main Line/ Tie-in/ Hot-Tap daily production welding.
Preparing various documents such as welding inspection report prior to endorsement to
the client and Project Management Team (PMT) to raise Request for Inspection (RFI) for
final acceptance
• Knowledge with Specifications, code's i.e. (ASME B31.1, B31.3, Sec II, Sec V, Sec VIII,and Sec IX, API 1104.)
• Visual inspections of weld for different materials by different process.
• Review of radiographic films and make the reports.
• Review of Hydrostatic test Packages, line checking and Punch listing.
• Witnessing non-destructive testing for welds which involves RT, UT, MT, PT.
