I am at present a visa counsellor for Uk education. Human Resource Management has always been important to me. While working as a Visa counselor, I was also involved in the recruitment selection process I short listed applications, conducted interviews and placed successful applicants into various job positions. This has further solidified my years of working in a customer related position. And in order to improve my skills in this area, I enrolled for a 3 months advanced course in Human Resource Management. my present work experience has really exposed me more to team working with a goal to achieving great and excellent results. I have done series of presentations which improved my communication and negotiation skills. My good working relationship skills has helped me develop more excellent interpersonal skills and afforded me the opportunity to work with people from different cultural and social backgrounds.
