Current responsibilities are
• Controlling and monitoring plant operation through DCS and field
operating systems.
• Supervising routine activities of plant operations, resource deployment.
• Technical evaluations of different process requirements
• Keeping regular correspondence with contractors to execute the site according
to design and specifications provided by consultants (for new construction /
expansion site)

• Follow-up with contractors / subcontractors for timely completion of assigned
work.
• Planning and execution of work according to drawings and specifications
• Responsible for issuing of job work orders and to record equipment history
• Taking part in prepare, coordinate, and control major S/D activities, follow up on relevant technical queries, inspection, delivery of plant / units, arrangement of the logistics of all extra resources.

• To maintain and improve efficiency of the Plant by a timely and consistently operation planning / scheduling to avoid any unforeseen breakdown of Plant / unit / Equipment and keep the Plant running in a safe manner.

• Continuous monitoring of different process parameters and taking appropriate measures as per laboratory results like Hydraulic Modulus, Lime Saturation Factor, Silica modulus, Alumina modulus, Silicic acid ratio, liquid phase evaluation, burnability factor etc. Also supervising shutdown jobs like Kiln Brick lining and other assigned jobs.

• Keeping in view the results of Vertical Raw mill like residue its inlet and outlet temperatures and pressures and hydraulic pressure and vibration.

manufacturing of clinker.

consumption.
• Evaluation of Bricks required in Kiln.
• Evaluation of quarry deposits calculation, quarry dumper calculation, Calculation of Kiln Tyre and Shell Ovality, Kiln capacity, Cement Mill Output at Different Finenesses, Calculation of Cement Mill Output as a function of Grinding Media Load, Calculation of Flame Temperature.
