Manage radio communication between offshore / onshore installations, vessels & Helicopters. Effectively handles simultaneous Marine / Aero communications, telephones & V-Sat. Effectively handles Crew changes, Crew time sheets, Allotment of accommodation, Accountability of Personnel on Board, Plan and coordinate for improvements / upgrades, undertake periodic maintenance of radio communications. Responsible for coordinating SAR OPERATIONS
