process operator

To settle my life in leading company such large-scale petrochemical or Refinery plant, and to contribute a lot from the organization through exploring my knowledge

• One year in Rabigh Refining and Petrochemical Company (PetroRabigh) in olefin plant as process operator in Ethane cracker unit, I am conducting the pre-commissioning and commissioning activities for the project, commissioning and operating the independent cooling system. Ý have completed the Licensor training course presented by Show Stone and Webster co (USA). Completed the turbo expander compressor training course presented by CryoStar (FRANCE) and Chevron Phillips chemical catalyst course. in the meantime I am working as console operator for the cooling tower system.

• 3 Years in Operations of petrochemical Industries, as Process Operator in Saudi Arabian fertilizer company (SAFCO) one of SABIC affiliates. Covering various types of Unit operation such as Distillation, Absorption, Heat Exchanger, Compression and stripping etc. also handled equipments such as Pumps, Compressors etc. I have completed the expansion project (SAFCO4) which considered as mega plant in fertilizer industry, carrying out the commissioning and the start-up stage up to the production stage which started in mid 2006. (from july2004~oct.2007)

Associate Diploma in chemical engineering and industrial process technology, GPA 2.25/4 DEC 2004 from Jubail Industrial College.

During my job experience I participated in many training courses indoor and outdoor company presented by Specialist Company such as Mitsubishi, Stamicarbon, Chevron Phillips and Cryostar,etc.
Training on Safety & Fire Fighting in sabic fire training center.
Participate in safety practice procedures courses (train the trainee).
Complete the ethylene plant process presented by Stone&Webster Company.
Complete the Chevron Phillips training course for catalyst technology.
Complete the Turbo-expander compressor training course presented by Cryostar Company.
