Quality Control records, Hydro Testing Procedure and Test Packages, Quality control punch list, NCR, and Final Inspection reports of piping and welding. Weekly Project Rejection Rate, Updating of Welding and NDT records, Inspection Look Ahead Schedules and Monthly Quality Management report. Final disposition reports. Inspection Assignment Packages.
Monitoring and Control of Following.
Pipelines and Plant piping Fabrication, Erection and Welding of CS, SS and Dissimilar Material CS to SS, NDT, PWHT Monitoring and control of Procurement Inspection and Documentation regarding the Material Inspections against the applicable Standards prior to acceptance of the Material.
Review and approval of Contractor’s Welding Procedures, witnessing Welders Qualification Tests, interpretation of Radiographic Films. Monitoring PWHT activities at the project. Monitoring the baking of Low Hydrogen Electrodes.
Witnessing the Hydro testing of on plot piping. Inspection of surface preparation before and after Abrasive blasting, Surface profile, Weather condition, Dew point, Substrate temperature, Dry film thickness Vibration monitoring of rotary equipments with TK-81.DPT,MPT, and SFT of Heat Exchangers,
Inspection of Steel Structure Bolt Torqueing. Co-ordination with Radiographic Crew at site. Co-ordination with Client’s Representative. Inspection for Erection of Piping.
