1. Coordinate the H.S.E. measures plan adopted by sub-contractors during the construction stage to handle all related issues at site to fulfill the H.S.E. requirements.
2. Identify and specify all H.S.E. requirements aimed at protecting human life and avoiding environmental impacts.
3. Coordinate the site emergency plans, elements and requirements, and perform simulation for different emergency types as injury, fire, and radiographic source leakage.
Furnish technical assistance on H.S.E. problems.
5 Check subcontractors application of all specified H.S.E. requirements, rules and regulations.
6 Hold weekly site HSE meetings with the concerned parties during the construction stage and record minutes of meetings.
7 Prepare and issue H.S.E reports and records as well as ensures issuing of subcontractor’s reports.
8 Prepare and conduct HSE training material for labor and staff crews.
9 Apply continuous site activities supervision, direct solutions for easy problems, and others are discussed through the weekly meetings.
10 Hold the work permit system for different types of work (hot-cold-excavation-RT)
11 perform regular HSE audits on different activities, site areas, accommodation, or welfare necessary preparations.
13 Full awareness and implementation of the requirements of and environmental management system (including the EMS programs) and the applicable environmental laws, regulations, codes, standards and ISO 14001, and OHSAS18001 requirements.
