To provide technical support to the development in respect to Painting / Insulation, including supervision of Engineering Contractors specifications. Consider the dimensional implication of all work undertaken and recommendation action which reduce cost provided that such action is consistent with the project schedule, accepted engineering practice and maintains the standard of work required. Encourage Safety innovation among the contractors and participate in Site Safety Presentation and awards. Routinely review contractorˇ¦s scope within area as detailed in drawing, specification and instructions, ensuring contractors proper interpretation and compliance with latest revision. To carry out witness inspection and surveillance check in accordance with the contractorsˇ¦ contract bidding and adequate supervision available to work areas.„« Review and supervise technical requisition packages prepared by EPC Contractor for purchase of Paint and Insulation materials, technical bid evaluation and technical supervision after award of order.
„« Supervise and ensure contractors plant and the equipment is efficiency and safety used.
„« Ensure all quality control records for the work are progressively accumulated, indexed and available to Support and handover of the plant client in accordance with the project acceptance of the work plan.
„« To carry out witness, inspection and surveillance check in accordance with the Contractorˇ¦s contract bidding and adequate supervision available to work areas.
„« Ensure that all personnel understand and operate the project permit to work system, ensure that only authorized personnel operate the system.
„« Routinely review contractorˇ¦s scope within area as detailed in drawing, specifications and instructions, ensuring contractor proper interpretation and compliance with the latest revision.
„« Carry out progressive punch list to ensure works are completed prior to acceptance; sign punch list items after completion of the work.
„« Immediately stop any unsafe work practices which are likely to cause accident are injurious to health.
