1) Regards cooling towers:
Complete analysis of make up water and cooling tower water:
PH, TDS, Total Hardness, Chloride ion, Iron, Total Phosphates and organo-phosphonates. All analysis are made manually by titration or by photometer ( DR-2000 ) including a technical report commenting the site situation and the needed actions to be done.

2) Regards boilers:
Complete analysis of make up, soft, feed, boiler and condensate water:
PH, TDS, Total Hardness, Chloride ion, Iron, Total Phosphates and organo-phosphonates, Tannin or Sulphite, P-alkalinity, M-alkalinity, OH-alkalinity.
All analysis are made manually by titration or by photometer ( DR-2000 ) including a technical report commenting the site situation and the needed actions to be done.

3) Regards Chillers:
Complete analysis of the closed lube water:
PH, TDS, Total Hardness, Chloride ion, Iron, Total Phosphates and organo-phosphonates, Nitrite complex, dissolved oxygen.

4) Regards R.O. stations:
Complete survey on the station including readings, operation parameters, dosing system, filtration system and making the material balance between the intake, produced and rejected water of the station which includes:
PH, TDS, Total Hardness, Calcium Hardness, Chloride ion, Iron, Total Phosphates and organo-phosphonates, P-alkalinity, M-alkalinity, OH-alkalinity and bacteriology test including a technical report commenting the site situation and the needed actions to be done.

„a I have done several jobs in oil field companies like:
Gemsa petroleum Co. At Ras Gemsa and Zaafarana field, PetroGulf petroleum Co. In order to determine the best:
de-emulsifier, PD and PPD, asphaltine dispersant bottle test
As well as water injection on oxygen scavenger, corrosion inhibitor, scale inhibitor, de-foamer and different biocides by using MESSINA products, WASTE HAVEN products and PWT INT LTD products.

„a Chemical cleaning, passivation and commissioning of the cooling system ( cooling tower and pipe lines ) at E-LAB under Geritly administration by Bitz products.
