Regulations covering instrumentation in hazardous areas
Various DCS systems working on both hardware and software
PLC programming and system testing
SCADA systems
Emergency Shutdown Systems
Fire and Gas Systems
Review of start up and commissioning procedures
P&ID development
Review of HAZOP & PSSR.

School: Six ‘O’ Levels.
Further Education: HNC Industrial Measurement and Control.

Position: I&C Lead Comm Engineer.
Responsible for the Construction Acceptance/Commissioning/Start-Up & Handover of all Field & Control Instrumentation for Power/Utilities/Gas/Oil Control Systems.
Attending daily Project meeting’s on the progress scope re the testing & validation on the above system’s functionality & shutdown test procedures prior to Full Plant Facility start up. Review of manpower schedule to suite Project milestone dates. Project control system being DCS Honeywell TPS. EDS/F&G ICS model trusted

Supervising and advising a multinational workforce on the Construction & Commissioning of the main Foxboro I/A DCS and Triconex 1131 ESD system. Also supporting CCC Vendor’s on Series 3, anti-surge for three centrifugal & axial export gas compressors.

Position: Construction/Commissioning Field Engineer.
Involved in the Construction, Commissioning, Inspection & Supervision of a multinational work force on all associated pipeline instrumentation, reporting daily to the Project Lead I & C Engineer.
