Operations
 Continuous monitoring of plant for smooth operation.
 Collecting plant data, accounting and preparation of Production related reports.
 To coordinate with maintenance function for completion of maintenance.
 Responsible for manpower and all activities in production function.
 Optimizing man & machine utilization to achieve pre set production targets.

Erection and Commissioning
 Foresee performance bottlenecks and taking corrective measures to avoid the same.
 Site preparations, mobilization of contractors for carrying out installation activities.
 Ensure effective site management and discipline to ensure safe execution of the projects.
 Erection, implementation and commissioning of applications and provisioning of services.
 Follow up of Hydrostatic Test, Pneumatic Test and NDT activities.
