Additional Information
As a shift supervisor/ Shift Foreman, was responsible for smooth operations and optimum production, adhering to company’s safety policies and standard operating procedures, protecting personnel and equipment. Troubleshooting.
Preparation production and operating reports, daily maintenance schedules and co-ordinating of plant maintenance with respective departmental supervisors.
Planning, scheduling, and supervision of equipment, unit shut downs for maintenance and inspection jobs.
Authorisation of hot work, excavation, vessel entry permits, preparation of incident/accident reports, planning and scheduling of fire and safety training for shift personnel and conducting safety meetings.
Overall supervision of shift personnel for safe operation of the plant and optimum production and preparation of shift schedules.
Responsible for training of On Job Trainees while they are at plant and to liaise with training department for administrative matters.
