Maintenance of Inventory
System Integration Testing of Subsea Trees
Assemble, Test, maintain, repair and troubleshoot Subsea equipment within the scope of the Service Job.
Ensure that the relevant training is accomplished
Size equipment and infrastructure
General Administration
Provide design support for current farm as well as for Operation Optimization
Maintain Real Time Data Acquisition System and Analysis
Develop, Implement an Maintain the Emergency Response Plans for all Office Locations
Improve and Maintain the Environmental Management System towards compliance with ISO 14001 Standards
Provide Support or Co-ordinate as necessary all HSSE related Emergences and issues relating to the Office locations
Co-ordinate all HSSE training required of F&S Personnel within the Office Locations
Track and Maintain all environmental Incidents pertaining to the office locations on Traction System
Identify existing, non-existing and non-operational instrumentation
Research for most optimal instrumentation for replacement
Provide recommendations for removal of non-important redundant instrumentation and the inclusion of modern and efficient instrumentation
Determine possible causes for premature failure of pump seals
Research possible options in finding a solution
Provide Mechanical Engineering Support in Analysis
Ensure provision of updated P&IDs
Develop line and device lists by reviewing Vendor Documentation, Data Sheets, Equipment Specs. Etc.
Develop Safety Analysis Function Evaluation Charts for the Facility wrt API 14C RP
Develop Flow Diagrams to ID the required devices for the system
Mobilize a team and ensure a Hazardous Operations report and Risk Assessment is done on the system
Develop and provide Management of Change documents including Operational and Maintenance procedures
Ensure proper safety and health issues are taken into consideration
Collect data and do a heat balance on the steam power generation system
Determine the size of valve required
Input customer Service information on a Database
Input information on Personnel Training History on a Database
Retrieve and follow the update of training for personnel
Promote specialty item
Keep check on the sale of items and ensure stocked shelf
