• Trouble shoot and maintain SMT machine (TCM,GSM,DEK,BTU OVEN) with minimum downtime
• Achieve target with minimum reject.
• Do a monthly preventive maintenance.
• Assist service engineer do overhaul and yearly preventive maintenance.


• Provide support to external users by identify, evaluate, patching and implement solutions to ensure services supplied meet as aspects of the customer business needs, being online or onsite
• Job scope includes: Windows Servers, Unix/Linux Servers, Routers, VoIP components, Ethernet and Gigabit switches, remote access technologies such as VPN and EVPN quality of service networks, DSL, cable modems, Data Acquisition Units, etc., Internet firewalls, network protocol analyzers, and network management hardware and software.
• Carry out installation and implementation of network or system integration project for corporate and public sector clients in areas like server virtualization, storage virtualization, disaster recovery, enterprise-wide collaboration system, enterprise-wide messaging solution and desktop/PC management.
• Provide technical support to maintenance contract client
