Facilitate Construction Safety Training Programs
Lead HSE in the work place to achieve LTI-free production
Monitoring of site HES Performance in relevant areas and the development of daily HES report
and statistics.
Carrying out HES induction for new employees and staff to make them conversant
with HES Policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with Permit to Work system.
Facilitate HES audits and monitor close out action points.
Facilitate tool box talk and monthly HES meetings.
Develop Job Safety Analysis (JSA) Procedures and guidelines for specific activities.
