• Designing, and engineering, of new Instruments, equipments for process improvement and reliability,
• To Conducts investigations of functional engineering design problems, devising practical approaches to the problem, formulating plans and solutions.
• Designing, Engineering, FEED of New /up gradation of existing Control system, ESD, FG, Data acquisition system based on DCS/PLC/PAC.
• Worked on Maintenance, Logic modification, Trouble shooting of PLC/DCS/PAC based Control System,ESD system (Emergency shutdown system) F&G System,SCADA),Vibration monitoring syste,Burner Management syetem,Antisurge control system, compressor control system etc
• Directed & supervised the, installation, maintenance, repair, calibration, troubleshooting and modification activities carried out on a wide range of Electric, Electronic, Pneumatic and microprocessor based Field Instruments, Equipments ,Wellhead Instrumentation,
• To improve the plant availability and reliability, to optimize operation and maintenance cost and control risks by using APM (Asset Performance Management) techniques, using state of art technology and software’s (Meridium,SAP).have used and implemented following reliability tools to improve the Plant Reliability and equipments, instruments performance.

• To Maintains knowledge of safety policies, HAZOP study and procedures and performs assigned duties in a safe manner, and if supervising others, has responsibility for the safety of those being supervised and ensures they comply with established safety policies, procedures and safe work habits. Appropriately acts on and monitors the clearance of corrective actions and audit findings understanding and ensuring compliance with the health and safety regulations and quality standards
