Having 5 years experience in fabrication yard and Oil & Gas, Petrochemical plant, in the field of welding / plant inspection and NDT activities. Familiar in various construction site/ maintenance of process plant piping. Inspection & testing plan, quality control procedure for fabrication, welding & NDT including test pack. Capable of supervising and monitoring productivity and having extensive experience in carrying out independently all NDT methods. Capable of interpreting test results to various standards.
Preparation of WPS, PQR as per requirement. Welders Qualification Test, Welding Inspection and NDT controlling & Inspection and test equipments calibration control including Heat Treatments, Visual, Dimensional check and Pressure tests, Surface preparation.
