Materials Assistant

• Periodic inventory control of Drilling materials.
• Handle materials from the warehouse as per the requirement.
• Materials receipts from the suppliers.
• New receiving – checking the delivery note against the material delivered to the drilling shore base and notifying concerned person.
• Issuing the drilling related materials against the MER (Material equipment requisition) to offshore RIGS.
• Physical inventory of all the material dispatches material receipts etc.
• Keeping updated inventory of BACK-LOADED materials from offshore RIG and other platforms.
• Coordinating with the QA/QC to issues spare items to work-shop for ASSY make-up.
• Keeping a track of inspected newly received materials.
• Providing updated inventory to the auditor during audition period.
• Updating kardex and closely observation of material movement’s in and out going materials to the RIG.

I Have completed my secondary Education.
