About 11 years of experience as an Instrumentation Engineer in detailed engineering, procurement, engineering co-ordination, commissioning, troubleshooting and Maintenance of Instrumentation and control systems in Oleochemicals industrial projects.
1.Experience in detailed engineering involving development of control philosophy, P&IDs, Cause & Effect diagrams, logic diagrams, DCS, PLC, Fire and Gas systems, Analyzers and field instruments.
2.Experience in Field Instruments and Control Systems procurement activities of issuing inquiry & purchase requisitions, bid evaluation, vendor drawing review.
3.Preparation of Instrument Specifications for Flow, Level, Pressure and Temperature Instruments.
4.Sizing of Control valves, Pressure relief valves and Orifice plates, Venturi and Vortex Flow meters.
5.Experienced in Compressor control, Boiler, Oil Thermal Heater, Steam Turbine, Vibration Monitoring and Emergency Shutdown System.
6.Acquainted with relevant international standards like API, ISA, ANSI/ASME, IEC etc.
7.Conversant in Hazardous area Classification, Health and Safety Environments.

* Telecommunication : Telephone, PABX (NEC) & Paging System (Industronic & TOA).
* Steam Boiler : Standard Kessel, 40 Bar, 450 °C, 55 T/h. Fuel feed: NG or ADO.
* Steam Turbine : Blohm & Voss, Type : KER 45 / 70, Life steam : 40 bar, 450 °C.
* Generator : ABB Stromberg Drives, HSG900MP4 9000KVA/6300V/1500RPM/50Hz/F/0.8
* Oil Thermal Heater : Konnus Kessel and Weishaupt Burner System.
* Emergency Shutdown System : Trisen TS310 Governor (Speed Controller).
