Supervise execution of drilling operations, oversee the proper operation of the rig and its equipment, order supplies, be sure all reports are filled out correctly and faxed to office daily, demonstrate and promote safety leadership, solve any problems that arise, conduct safety meetings, assist drillers and crew members if they require guidance, maintain good relations between operators and company, and perform all duties of the driller when needed.

I have 35 plus years in oilfield drilling experience. I have worked both offshore and on land rigs. I am an innovative thinker with a demonstrated ability to improve drilling and decrease down time. I am very adaptable to quickly train on different facilities. I feel comfortable enough to handle any type of drilling position on any type of drilling rig. I have excellent planning and organizational skills as well as excellent rapport with supervisors and co-workers. I have always developed a team-mission environment with the crews I supervise. I feel strongly about being on time, working over when needed and doing every job in a safe manner.
