Over 18 years comprehensive experience of Operations and maintenance of gas transmission pipelines and allied facilities with a major integrated gas transmission/distribution company of Pakistan. Salient detail of work experience is appended below.

Operations and maintenance of gas transmission pipelines, valve assemblies and major overhead crossing on transmission network spread over 1200 Kms and comprising of pipelines from 4" to 30" diameter. This involves planning and management of maintenance activities, job assignments to Junior engineers/technical staff. Job briefing and supervision.

ľ On-stream pigging of gas Transmission pipelines for efficiency improvement.

ľ Periodic population density surveys in accordance with ANSI standard B31.8 to ensure safe operations.


ľ Supervison on installation/Welding of sleeves on live lines onexcessively corroded points .

In addition to this relocation of gas transmission pipelines in smaller lengths right from cost estimation of the job to ultimate execution. Management of such small-scale construction activities contains followings.

ľ Material consumption and reconciliation monitoring.
ľ Coordination with design office as per site requirements.
ľ Finance monitoring for ensuing completion within approved budget.
ľ Job completion report.
ľ Hydrostatic testing, Dewatering and commissioning.
