To fully utilize my experience in the technical industry and customer service operation.

1. Engineering Assistant
•Pre opening team in charge with the construction of engineering team, preventive maintenance schedules, operating supplies& equipment, policies and procedures, job descriptions, drawing translations using AutoCAD, with the Director of Engineering and Asst. Chief Engineer.
•Responsible for the asset register and coordinating with project engineers for property updates and information for the hotel property opening.
•Reviewing safety standard (HACCP) for the hotel requirements during operations.

2. Engineering Coordinator
Park Hyatt Dubai, U.A.E., Engineering Department
•Act as an engineering coordinator and facilitator for all complaints, assistance, and requests in the hotel.
•Dealt with suppliers for bulk and emergency orders or requests needed for hotel maintenance and services and deals with main and sub-contractors.
•Coordinated with materials and accounts department for cash/credit agreements and payments with suppliers.
•Served as an administrator for engineering technician and engineering team’s schedules and payroll attendance using Oasys System.
•Coordinated schedules for planned preventive maintenance on hotel equipments using MP2 Weblink System.
•Monitored and Scheduled timings of Building Management System (BMS System from Siemens)
•Act as storekeeper and coordinated with finance dept. the creation of new maintenance item and proper charging of materials ordered for maintenance of hotel using Scala system.

3. Maintenance Supervisor
Metro Rail Transit, MRTIII, Philippines.
•Station supervisor and maintenance provider for metro rail station assigned.
•Supervised the daily maintenance and operations in Metro Rail Station assigned.
•Responsible on the concerns and complaints of all passengers including the maintenance and cleanliness of station facilities and equipment.
•In-charged in the supervision of all station personnel, security personnel and maintenance personnel.
•Responsible in the operation and maintenance of all equipment (such as: the automatic gates, ticket issuing machines and the station computer system).
•Submitted daily sales reports for daily records of sales and passenger flow.

4. Computer Programmer
•Encoded data and information of traffic system and equipment on Metro Manila, Philippines using Microsoft Excel.
•Updated daily Reports to the Project Director.
