Participating in monthly conference calls with the subsidiaries for performance review and developing corrective action plans if needed.

Analyzing pricing proposals, promotions and providing recommendations of rejection or approval to the pricing committee.

Active participation in semi annual business and strategy review meetings involving the Chairman and the Executive Committee for the subsidiaries.

Assist in the preparation of the budget/forecast departmental Opex for OTH.

Participating in many Consolidation process aspects:
Updating the Head Quarter financials (BS , P&L & CashFlow).

Quarter Historical data retreival Using Hyperion Financial Management system.

Preparing file for Dividends & Management Fees received from our subsidiaries.

Assist in preparing intercompany data files to be eliminated on the consolidation level.
