-Improve rotating equipment reliability & availability to support plan production to sustain high capacity:
oReview analyzing report of online monitoring system of recycle gas & refrigerant compressor using Bentley Nevada System1 Plant Asset Management System
oReview analyzing report of condition base monitoring system for other rotating equipment using Machinery Health Manager using CSI 2130 hand held
oEnsure lubrication analysis is performed as schedule & follow up if any further action is required to ensure no disturb operation of plant
oEnsure Preventive Maintenance task is performed as schedule
oReview implementation of EBC (Equipment Basic Care) done by shift operation team
oReview implement of FMEA done by Maintenance team to ensure no plant disturb ion cause by unplanned trouble.

-Decrease maintenance cost & production loss:
oDesign and implement split shaft sleeve on damage shaft of Stripper feed vessel agitator due to no window given for proper rectification
oImprove mechanical seal MTBF of PVC reactor from 6 month to 2 years by eliminating shaft wobble effecting to short seal life.
oImprove Conveying System Root Blower from 1 year to 3 years by improvement on timing gear fixing procedure.
oMinimize Canned Motor Pump trouble frequency by development pump start up guide line & check list
oReduce mechanical seal trouble frequency & repair cost by material upgrading and improvement on flushing system
oImprove HAMON cooling tower wooden structure by installing dynamic support on gear box base frame using modal analysis.
-Reduce OEM dependency & cost reduction on critical equipment of VCM & PVC Plant:
oPerform trouble shooting & overhaul of KOBE centrifugal compressor (Recycle gas 40000 Nm3/hr & Refrigerant compressor 35000 Nm3/hr) using internal resources & local contractor
oPerform trouble shooting & overhaul of Ingersoll Rand centrifugal compressor (CENTAC 1CVMX12 Air compressor 1200 Nm3/hr) using internal resources & local contractor
oPerform trouble shooting & overhaul of YORK Chilled Water Unit TDSH 193S using internal resources & local contractor
oPerform trouble shooting & overhaul of TOMOE Horizontal Centrifuge TRH074 using internal resources & local contractor
