Updation of the P&ID as per Feed requirement, Hydraulics check, Updation of the data sheets, interaction with PMC

• M/S SHRIRAM FERTILISERS & CHEMICAL LIMITED , KOTA as an Process Engineer in Technical Services since June 2003 to January’2006.

Calcium Carbide Expansion Project (CCEP)
Consultant: Tata Engineering Consultancy, Mumbai

Process Development, Energy & Material Balance of the Process, Vendor Package evaluation, Equipment inspection, Field Engineering, Pre-Commissioning and commissioning of Calcium Carbide and Acetylene Plant. This included equipment inspections, dry outs, final checking and inspection of plant integrity with respect to P&ID for making plant ready for Commissioning. Commissioning of plant. Planning and execution of Performance Guarantee Test Run of plant as per terms of contract.
