In Charge Molding, Wet finishing, Dry finishing process of 1.5 MW Nacelle Cover production line 1
Man Power handling of 2 Foreman , 7 team leaders & 40 Technicians
Weekly and Daily Production Plan based on monthly production plan.
Assigning tasks and responsibilities to team leaders and technicians and monitoring them.
Ensure all the raw materials and tools are available for the day.
Providing the necessary technical support and training to the technicians
To ensure a better technical support to the shop floor people
Implementing 5s on Shop floor
Maintaining Production records in SAP
