„X General Ledger Application.
„X Main tasks is to carry out the job of doing full accounting cycle starting with recording the accounting chart & journal entries till issuing all the accounting reports just like trail balance and all financial statements reports.
„X Displaying trail balance over different levels in the tree of account.
„X Report manager in which the user can control the shape and the components of each line in the financial statements reports.

„X Human Resources :
Recording all employees' data starting from hiring date till retirement date going through transfer movements, position levels movements, promotions and salaries increases.
Also recording attendance, vacancies, punishments, medical insurance and all employees' activities.
1. Attendance.
Initializing and setting up attendance and departure panel which include work dates rules, delaying rules, early leaving rules, overtime rules, permissions rules ¡Ketc.
Then attaching employees to these policies on periods and then recording employees' different transactions.
Finally calculating periods and posting transactions to payroll system.
2. Personal.
Initializing and setting up contracting panel (policy), vacations & holidays panel, overtime panel, punishments panel, missions' panel ¡Ketc.
Then attaching employees to these rules in order to record and calculate their transactions.
3. Payroll.
Recording & calculate all payroll items whatever its constant or variable , due or deductions for example basic salary, overtime, bonuses, raises, insurance, taxes, discounts, absence, installments , subscriptions, pension ¡Ketc.
These items and others are determined by the end user through initializing and setting up payroll panel which also determines the insurance shares and bases, tax rules and bases and any other payroll effects.
„X Fixed Assets.
Recording all fixed assets details from the moment of purchase. It also records all assets transactions as transportation, selling, inventory ¡Ketc.
And calculate the depreciation rate for every asset and its estimated age.
„X Stock Control.
„X Treats all inventory transactions like add up, pay out, transfer, accumulation, division ¡Ketc.
„X Purchasing.
Concern about handling request orders, purchase orders based on, comparing price lists, issuing supply orders and so purchase invoices.
